What you might not know is how easily you can double or even triple your impact through something called corporate matching.
How Does Corporate Matching Work?
Corporate matching is a fantastic way for your donation to go further. If your employer has a corporate matching program, they will match your donation to an eligible nonprofit like MACONA. That means if you donate $50, your employer could contribute an additional $50 or more, making your total impact $100 or higher!
Finding MACONA on Benevity and Other Platforms
We’re proud to partner with Benevity, a platform used by many companies including Microsoft, Carmax. UPS, and others. Benevity makes it easy for employees to donate to nonprofits and have their contributions matched by their employer.
To support us through Benevity, simply search for “Mimi African Charities” or “MACONA” in your company’s giving portal. Every contribution, big or small, makes a huge difference. Our public Benevity profile may also be accessed here.
Other Ways to Donate
In addition to Benevity, we’ve also partnered with Givebutter for our 2024 H1 Campaign. Givebutter accepts various payment methods like PayPal, Venmo, Direct Bank Withdrawals, and Credit Cards. It also offers corporate dollar matching!
